Cabbage has made a big comeback thanks to its amazing properties. It is cheap, good and not least useful. It is simply a commodity with endless possibilities.   

In the Cabbage Cookbook , you will not only find delicious recipes for all kinds of cabbage. Here you will also find declarations of love and personal anecdotes from, among others, the author Karolina Ramqvist and the cultivation expert Matti Leino.    

The book contains over 70 recipes from all over the world. How about curtido from El Salvador, red cabbage soup from Ukraine, okonomiyaki from Japan or braised savoy cabbage from the Italian Alps? Some recipes are completely vegan, many are vegetarian, and some combine cabbage with fish or meat.  

Pelle Bergström, Martin Nordin and Victoria Nordström are behind the book. Three of Sweden's most sought-after and experienced food creators. With expertise in photography, styling and cooking, they have painstakingly created a magnum opus about their dearest ingredient.
