LOVE Curl Primer is a moisturizing milk that provides definition to waves and curls. It is also detangling, making styling easier. It protects the hair from moisture and heat and contains almond extract from Noto, a Slow Food Presidium.
HOW TO USE START
Spray 15 - 20 times from the roots to the lengths on towel-dried hair.
