HOW TO USE START
Brew hot Measure: 1 round tsp (3g) per 250 ml or 8 oz Temperature: 70–80°C 1st infusion: 30–60 seconds 2nd infusion: 10 seconds (flash brew) Brew cold Measure: 3 tsp (9g) per 1000 ml, refrigerate 4-12 hours to desired strength. Strain and serve with ice.
