Dandelion Chai Loose Leaf Tea
This earthy chai tea blend, based on dandelion and chicory root, is perfectly balanced with traditional chai spices.
Herbs in this blend, including cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, have traditionally been used to support healthy digestive function, aid detoxification and improve circulation.
Naturally caffeine free, this is a warming, invigorating and grounding chai, which can be enjoyed anytime of the day.
HOW TO USE START
Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Strain and sweeten to taste.
