HOW TO USE START
In Essence Pure Essential Oil can be used for aromatic vaporisation in your diffuser, or as an addition to your chosen oil to be massaged into skin.

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
