A motivating blend of 100% pure Lemon, Sweet Basil, Cedarwood, Rosemary, Grapefruit and Australian Sandalwood essential oils, traditionally used in aromatherapy to reduce symptoms of stress and to relieve irritability.

Sweet Basil, Cedarwood and Rosemary have been specifically chosen to help support mental concentration, memory recall, focus and clarity.

HOW TO USE START
In Essence Essential Oil BlEND can be used for aromatic vaporisation in your diffuser, or as an addition to your chosen oil to be massaged into skin.

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
