Anxiety Essential Oil Blend 25ml

A calming blend of 100% pure Sweet Orange, Lavender, Ylang Ylang & Frankincense essential oils, traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with mild anxiety including nervous tension, unease and worry.

HOW TO USE START
In Essence Essential Oil BlEND can be used for aromatic vaporisation in your diffuser, or as an addition to your chosen oil to be massaged into skin.

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
